These are only a very small selection of case studies, for demonstration purposes only. All cases are genuine but in line with our strict policy on non-disclosure we always never reveal the name of a customer. All the systems we develop are often unique to that particular contract because we find that most contracts are unique in one way or another. Our systems are always designed to work around your problems and the problems we find (not the same thing by any means) and by removing all the problems you have you will be a very happy customer of ours with a guaranteed workable, real life solution.
Read the case studies to see just how we solved some really difficult problems:
CASE STUDY 6
PROBLEM: we had to devise a safe way of cleaning computers on a shop floor in a very specific industry where it was necessary to keep everything reasonably clean and dry but without the requirements of a critical cleaning regime. Computer cleaning is usually very unsatisfactory, generally it fails through lack of knowledge of a suitably effective detergent to use. There is one, and they can be cleaned wet without damage.
SOLUTION: we devised a very simple solution using a specific detergent but by changing the concentration of it, we were able to clean the casings and keyboards entirely to the customers satisfaction when they thought that they might have to spend money to replace about 120 of them.
But our knowledge and experience is far wider than the case studies would show:
There is no cleaning problem anywhere, we can’t solve and here’s the reason why:
All our solutions come from:
- A detailed knowledge of regulatory requirements and their interpretation
- Thorough knowledge of detergent chemistry and surface materials including coatings, being used in any situation
- Detailed knowledge of surface soiling and its removal and disposal
- Practical experience of developing and using lean process, quality management systems and kaizen applications within a cleaning system
- Waste disposal management methods and treatments and their impact on the environment
But our experience is far wider than the case studies would show
- Foundries and industrial shop floors and machinery restoration
- Boilers, tank cleaning and confined space work
- Process plant and critical cleaning, cleaning to high risk standards
- Retail and domestic
- Janitorial and office
- Construction (and construction in food industry)
